The work we do can help you to manage common mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety and feelings of stress. Set up in 2015 by Dr. Sheila French. Train My Mind will help you to manage the symptons of stress and overwhelm, such as lack of sleep. Our trainings will help you to build your resilience to difficulties you face so that you can manage a busy lifestyle and gain a good work life balance. We have trained and worked with people individually, on group courses and in workplace settings. We have also offered courses in primary and secondary schools in the UK.
