I am a mental health professional, who is deeply passionate about the relationships that make up our lives. I believe that these relationships- like marriages, friendships, and relationships with our children, siblings and own parents- ultimately determine our quality of life.  I also have experience leading a remote team of workers, across the state of Ohio. During my tenure, we grew our program to be a national leader in serving people with mental illness, and assisting them in their transition to community living. I led my team through changes in company leadership, changes in the program, and especially through stress and burnout. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies, and an M.S. in Couples and Family Therapy. I am a wife and mother of 3, and am an eternal optimist who is always trying to find the silver-lining.
