Dr. Patricia Larkins Hicks (Dr. Pat)  is Founder, Outcomes Management Group, LTD.,(OMG) an outcomes-focused management consultant organization, located in Columbus, OH.  She has consulted with 150 organizations and touched 55,000 individuals across the United States and South Africa providing strategic planning, evaluation, training, and coaching services.
As a result of her research examining the outcomes of 125 organizations, Dr. Pat has determined that when organizations and people focus on 4 key characteristics they achieve extraordinary results. These characteristics are Bright - IMAGE, Excellence- STANDARDS, Satisfaction- NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS, and Timeliness- MEETING DEADLINES.  These characteristics form the acronym B.E.S.T. Additionally when individuals manage six influences, they are able to accelerate their speed and achieve extraordinary results fast. Dr. Pat utilizes her B.E.S.T. Model TM as the framework that guides her work.
