Claudine Drees is an expert in sleep, vitality and resilience.
Claudine is a qualified stress-  burnout- and career coach by certification of  HRD Academy. She is a practitioner of neuro-cognitive behavioral therapy by INC Brussel. She is an  ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy) coach , Mindfulness MBSR trainer by Brussels mindfulness. She is trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist for Insomnia – Saraja slaapcursus. Her current practice of CBTI (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia)  is supervised by dr. Merijn Van De Laar, Dutch sleep scientist.
She works since 1999 as a trainer and coach for companies in Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy. She accompanied thousands of individuals in their professional and personal growth.She calls herself an eternal student in personal development. After her studies as a communication graduate and a post-university degree in business economics and 7 years of experience in sales and sales management, she became a  NLP practitioner and was certified in situational leadership and MBTI.
Since 2000 Claudine has a great love for yoga and meditation. She studied as an  Ananda yoga teacher and she dived into Kriya yoga and mindfulness. She created her own blend of  “Mindful Energizing Yoga”..
She successfully helps participants to become aware of the impact of stress, bad sleep and their self-perception about it. She assists them in evolving their behavior and thinking in periods of chronic stress and bad sleep towards healthy sleep and resilience.
