I am an Employing Broker/Owner of my own boutique real estate company, Red Bow Realty in Colorado Springs, and am the owner of Liz Bowen Real Estate Coaching. I have been licensed for 18 years, am a REALTOR, and serve on the board of directors for my local Association's for-profit MLS organization, called REALTOR Services Corp or RSC. I am a Women's Council of REALTORS Pikes Peak Network past president and am the president elect for the Colorado state network of the same organization.
I am an educator at heart, and currently teach pre-licensing classes for Real Estate College of Colorado as well as GRI and other continuing education classes for Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS and title companies in El Paso County.
I have worked with numerous real estate brokerage firms as their new agent mentor or developing new agent training programs. I took the best of those programs and created CleverAgent, which is the same 12-week program I put my own agents through!
