Hi and thank you for being here,
I am a proud mum of two teenagers (one on the autistic spectrum and one neurotypical), full-time Recruitment Manager, Energy healer, NLP Practitioner and Accredited Certified Coach.Ever since I remember myself, I have been passionate about learning new things, especially about the intangible parts of our brains; our thoughts, our emotions and how they are interconnected.
Raising my son, who was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome at the age of six, made this thirst for knowledge even more intense. I was on a quest to discover treatments, methods, approaches who would make him feel better about himself and help him integrate with the world. I have tried anything I could have access to: from reiki, NLP, coaching, homeopathy, Theta healing, herbal medicine to art therapy and sound therapy.
I decided to create some on-line courses to share these experiences and knowledge with you, hoping to shed some light to your own journey of self-discovery, healing and ultimately happiness.
