Robert Mantell is a graduate of UCLA, with a major in psychobiology. A black belt martial artist, he began his coaching career as a karate teacher for children, teens and adults, eventually running his own karate school in Los Angeles, California. Always passionate about teaching, Robert later moved into academics, where he taught life, physical and social sciences at the middle and upper school levels. In 1993, the lure of entrepreneurship called, and Robert started his own academic consulting service specializing in teaching students how to optimize their mental state for maximum academic (and other) peak performance. One of the major challenges his young clients faced was test anxiety. That led Robert on an exhaustive search for the best available tools, techniques and strategies for conquering anxiety and related behavioral challenges. As a result, Robert studied and mastered a variety of cutting-edge personal change tools including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), hypnosis and applied behavioral psychology – just to name a few. Armed with this knowledge, Robert (along with his wife and coaching partner Glei) started BrightLife Phobia And Anxiety Relief Specialists in the year 2000. Their results were so dramatic, in less than a year, they was invited to appear on the Discovery Health Channel’s special, Things That Go Bump: Facing Our Fears. On that program, Robert was featured helping a woman clear an intense 20-year phobia in only about 10 minutes. That appearance opened the floodgates for Robert and Glei’s business, and before long, they were being visited by clients from all over the world, helping them break free from all manner of fears, phobias, traumas and other forms of debilitating anxieties. That’s when Robert and Glei decided to make their secrets available to the public at large by way of their breakthrough home-study video program entitled, How to Free Yourself from Trauma, Phobias And Anxiety in 7 Days Or Less!. And now it’s yours to enjoy and to benefit from.
