Melissa has worked in the IT field and is an IT Instructor with Bachelor of Applied Science in Networking and  Master of Information Systems. Her certifications are:  A+ , Net +, Cloud +, and MCTS. She has been teaching information technology courses since 2007, and has been the most sought out technical instructor where she teaches because of her ability to deliver technical information in an easily understandable format. Her teaching experience includes hardware and software (A+), Networking (Net +), Security, scripting, Database, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Servers, Apache, Linux, and Programming.
