Dr. Patrick has developed her interactive training style through the leadership of over 200 teams in her 25-year corporate career giving her over 10,000 hours of team experience.  Further, since 2013, Dr. Patrick has gained over 10,000 hours of experience working as a Certified Professional Facilitator. Dr. Patrick’s 25-year corporate career as a chemical engineer gave her experience in several different disciplines including corporate research, product innovation, industrial design, market development, and sustainability. Dr. Patrick founded Fulcrum Connection LLC in 2014. Fulcrum Connection provides instructional design, training, speaking, facilitation, and consulting to make problem-solving and changing things for the better accessible to all.
