Growing up, I witnessed first-hand conflict and friction in the workplace at my family’s business, so I knew early on that I’d need to find answers.
As an avid lifelong learner compelled by curiosity, I learned more about all kinds of human dynamics – including cultural, social, and emotional – and how they affect us both personally and professionally.
So over the last three decades, I’ve taken that learning and developed cutting-edge methods, helping thousands of leaders and organisations across the world, all from very different backgrounds, to maximise their potential.
Whether that’s in leadership development, change management, organisational coaching, facilitation, retention, mediation, or career management – I’ve been on hand to guide them all the way. 
Our rapidly changing world today needs leaders to be more agile, resilient and collaborative, and have a growth mindset.
With my help, high achieving professionals and globally recognised brands have found clarity, courage and direction in finding purpose and having impactful conversations.
Together, we’ve taken things to the next level in their personal and professional lives, building emotional intelligence, self-awareness, conversational intelligence, and social awareness in the process.
