Dr Maxwell Ubah is a leadership, strategy and organisational transformation consultant. A graduate of medicine from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka, Dr Ubah holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School. He is also a chartered management consultant (ChMC) USA and Canada, an accredited management consultant (AMC), a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board (FIMCB). He has attended the Wharton Executive Education Programme on Strategic Thinking and Leadership for Growth. His core competencies are in personal and organisational transformation, leadership and people development including emotional intelligence and team effectiveness, change management design and implementation, strategy formulation and execution, business acumen, organisational culture assessments and interventions, and organisational performance optimisation. As a certified leadership, strategy and change management consultant, he has experience in the design and delivery of leadership, strategy, culture and change management programmes for reputable organisations in Nigeria and across Africa (Ghana, Cameroun, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Zambia and Liberia) with a proven track record of success. He is the author of three powerful books: The Difference—What Successful People Know & Do That Ordinary People Do Not (published 2015), The Alphabet of Leadership—The A-Z of Improving Leadership Effectiveness (Published 2016), and Success At Work: A Practical Guide for Succeeding At Work (published November 2021).
