For context, through my company (The Harold Louis Group @ HaroldLouis.com) I provide strategic and capital advisory services to clients ranging from true startups to Fortune 30 tech giants.
 
I am a former C-level bank executive (including leading the top SBA lender in my state for 4+years) and 3x startup founder who has been involved in over $500,000,000 in fundraising. Many of those deals have been around real estate transactions.
 
I also have a Marketing degree with a focus on Market Research and have run the Marketing department for a $230M organization.
 
Finally, I am in the middle of obtaining my MBA in Finance.
