Dr. Andrew Campbell is the Director of the International Peace and Leadership Institute and the Global Leadership Education Institute which provides emerging leadership research and leadership development and education programs for international to non-governmental organizations.​

Dr. Campbell holds a Doctorate of Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, IN. and a Master of Diplomacy in International Conflict Management from Norwich University. Dr. Campbell is a recognized national and International speaker on character-based leadership, NeuroLeadership, leading change, toxic leadership,  and organizational conflict management and resolution. He is widely published in national, and international journals. His recently published book, Chaos is a Gift: Leading Oneself in Uncertain and Complex Environments (2020),  Peace Leadership: Self-Transformation toward Peace (2019) Global Leadership Initiatives for Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding (2018).
