I am an inspiring leader who is focused to help sustain social growth opportunities that can help make a difference throughout my Community and abroad. CFO and key player of 65 Max Organization, working with inspiring artist (s) during research in 2010, I have found that in my community their were limited resources for our youth who were in need of improving their customer service skills. 2012 I had established "All Roads Lead 65 Max Foundation Inc." the program offer's a 3-6 month mentor/Internship that will help build their confidence and self esteem. The program modules are focused to help empower girls 15-22 years old who are underprivileged, or who live in disadvantage areas, failing in School or home due to behavioral problems, falling through the cracks of the judicial system, battered women and displaced women veterans. Also available to Corporations who are in need to add additional training that is needed to provide value to their shopper's and the best customer service to their consumers or clients. My motto, no matter what profession is pursued, without the proper customer service skills, the doors would remain closed and opportunities will be limited. I stand with Integrity, also I have a platform that gives back to other inspiring entreprenuers and thought leaders, who have shared their hardships and solutions by joining me to be interviewed on my show at BBSRadio/Allroads65 Max radio every other Tuesday at Noon. I am a advocate of self preservation and I believe that if given the resources that are needed, we can present our passion and talents in a positive way, and shine among st the stars. Utilizing my expertise as a professional customer service executive, has allowed me to design and develop a On-line e-learning program that is offered world-wide in the comfort of your home, or classroom environment.
