I am Mr. Anthony J Tukan, Technology Professor / Computer Instructor. I have a Master's degree in Teaching & Learning with Technology from  Ashford University (2008), Clinton, Iowa, USA. My Bachelor's degree was acquired from the Catholic University of America (CUA Class of 1995). My major was General Studies with a centration in Computer Programming.
Upon graduation at CUA, I was hired by the university as the Director of Multi-Media. While this position was really out of my comfort zoom, I did the best I could with the position, by learning on the job, after spending a few days with my predecessor, who was already on his way out to another university for a better position. About six months later, I moved on into my area, computer programming. 
Having worked as a COBOL programmer at Blue Cross/Blue Shield, I was hired by Policy Management Systems in Columbia, SC. With some experience under my belt, The International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) hired me to be a computer programmer in COBOL and Java.
