The CEO/Founder ~ Ms. Keshara George With a burning desire to improve student's academic performance through digital products based on a Caribbean context, I began my journey which led to the birth of Jump Start Institute. My love for Mathematics, Accounting and learning in general was sparked at my alma mater Convent High School in Dominica. Over a period of 13 years, I was able to keep this spark burning through my career as a secondary school teacher in Mathematics and Accounting, as a Numeracy coordinator to the primary schools and as an Accounting lecturer at tertiary level. The truth is I love numbers and the joy that comes with helping our students(heroes) achieve their goals. My problem solving and ideation skills together with my passion for numbers allowed me to take this bold step to develop digital tools to help bridge the gaps that exists in our education system. With a BSc. Accounting and PGDE specializing in Mathematics, I am confident in the quality and effectiveness of the digital products offered at Jump Start Institute.
