Wilfred has overall 35 years+(>15 years in IT) experience in IT delivery management, Product development including an award-winning Health care IT softwares- Raj PIS (Patient Information System) and Doctor 1 Teleclinic and Consulting- Business Process Re-engineering, IT Portfolio Rationalization, Process Improvement, and Six sigma consulting with a capability to start new Business units, manage and operate as profitable one. As he has played roles like Vice- President, Delivery Head, Principal Consultant, Program Manager in IT companies like OptiRisk India Pvt. Ltd., Tech Mahindra (Satyam Computer Services Ltd), NatureSoft and Geosoft and non-IT Company like Central Warehousing Corporation, he has successfully managed and delivered more than 40 software projects using technologies like Android, PHP. Microsoft, Java, Open source, etc. He has also brought out the best tangible result in Health Care IT, Warehouse & Transport (Logistics) Management; Import & Export Operation; Container Freight Station Management, Trading, Retail, Shipping Management and Supply Chain Management related assignments. Wilfred was a key player to develop Doctor 1 Teleclinic (Digital/virtual Hospital) and Raj PIS (Patient Information System) - an android cum web-based enterprise class software for Doctors of Hospitals/Nursing Homes/Clinics to access patient information through android and computer devices. Wilfred and his team have extensive knowledge in this health care domain including Telemedicine as they have given health care IT solutions to many leading Hospitals and Clinics. The softwares are cloud-based SaaS applications having a success story, happening in Gujarat with successful revenue generation cum business model. Wilfred has also given business cum technology solutions through consulting assignments to many fortune 500 companies, mid and small size enterprises (MSE) like Honda Japan, World Bank, few business units of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Kings Industries etc., to bring down the operational cost by 30% and effective utilization of resources for more productivity. As he is more strategic in his thoughts, he has developed, groomed and mentored many next generation leaders and they are part of leading multinational business organizations. He has conducted many Entrepreneur Development Programme, Six Sigma, 5S, BPR, IT Portfolio Rationalization, Process Improvement, Software Estimation and Project Management workshops for IT as well as non-IT employees Wilfred has authored books on Linux and Software Project Management. He has given series of talks, conducted workshops and seminar on topics like How to serve more patients and augment the revenue of Doctors, Effective business solutions, how to recover sick industries, Marketing Strategies, PEST & SWOT Analysis, Different roles in IT industry and emerging technologies.
