20 minutes lesson to warm up for a Qi Gong session.

  • This short video is designed to loosen up the body, get rid of tension, and regulate breathing.
  • These exercises are for people who already practice QiGong and are to be used as a reference based on what we do in regular classes.
  • Do the exercises with a calm mind and in a well-ventilated place. Do not go to extremes in movements either while breathing.
  • Avoid tensions and micro-tensions in the body.
  • Go where the body feels happiest.

To learn QiGong well please find a QiGong Teacher in your area.
