High Stakes Hiring provides you with a simple and effective step-by-step approach for assembling your A-team to deliver profitable growth for you and your company. This program is for anyone involved in hiring. The program is self-contained and available for individual learning and self-pacing. Interaction with the instructor is offered for 6-weeks during the course through live Q and A sessions, up to 3 personal coaching sessions on request, and email or text.

Summer Q and A sessions run for 6 weeks on Fridays at 9 am Central from June 3 - July 8. Attendance is optional.

2. Prep for Hiring: What you need to do before you start recruiting the best candidates, such as job specs, job description, and selection criteria.
3. Recruit the Best: How to show off your company to attract the best candidates, including social media, posting jobs, and selecting recruiters.
4. Screen for Fit: How to draft your questions, select your interview team, prepare the interview agenda, qualify candidates, conduct interviews, select top candidates, and make the offer.
5. Onboard Newbies: How to plan the first day through three months of onboarding tasks, assign a mentor, and set team responsibilities.
6. Wrap-Up: Assess your success and lessons learned and get access to the full list of tools.
