The course is for mid-senior level leaders in nonprofit and for-profit industries looking to develop their leadership presence, build confidence, and progress in their careers. The lessons and activities in the course and workbook will give you tools to clarify your skills, talents, goals, values, and mission and control how you show up and how others see you as a leader.

The course includes course nine modules. In each module, you'll find videos, worksheets, and quizzes designed to help you reach success. Although each module of the course leads into the next section, leadership development is not straightforward. You may find that you are more robust in some areas than others in this course. You may also move back and forth on the path depending on where you are in your career.
