It's time to get specific on what you need to achieve to make your vision come to fruition. Do you have things in your head that you want to achieve, but never seem to make them happen? It’s now time to break your vision down into specific goals and write them down into a list. Some call this a bucket list or lifetime goals list and other names.
This mini-class will take you through the process of setting your goals from your vision and from simply emptying your head of all the things you want to do or achieve and then look at setting some general timeframes on when you would like to achieve them.
This class will also teach you the “smarter” principles for setting goals. This list will then remain a live list that you will use for the rest of your life to achieve things in your life. I say live list because you will always be adding to it, adjusting it, marking goals as you achieve them.
As you can see, the way I have written this is in terms of personal goals, however, the principles here apply to your business or center goals and plans as well. Take some time and have a lot of fun, thinking about what you would like to achieve.
Our aim is to help you get twice as much done in your day, so you can start achieving your business and personal goals, and still have time left over to do the things you love to do. This mini-class is number 3 in a series of 21 Time Management mini-classes. You can also access all of these classes by going to our “Ultimate Time Management Program”
My name is Peter Johnson, my clients started calling me the Time Retriever, because of the results they are achieving from my coaching. From a young age, I had reasonable time management skills, however as I moved up the business ladder, I found the skills I had were not enough. I did a traditional time management course, but It only taught me what I was already doing, it did not teach me how to actually get the tasks I had planned to do done.
As I started managing larger and larger teams (from 2 to over 200 team members) I found I had to find and develop more unique skills to keep my day under control, get things done and achieve the results my roles were required to achieve. Over these years I worked for small to large organizations and had my own businesses at different times.
When I started coaching, I found most business owners had the same struggles as I had, so I reviewed everything I had learned over the years, picked out the skills that were most important to time management, and taking back control of your day, and created the Ultimate Time Management Program.
This means I have condensed what I have learned and experienced over 35 years into a 3-part program, that you can complete within a couple of months. Through these mini-classes or through our flagship “Ultimate Time Management Program” you will be able to use all of these tried and proven skills and techniques to develop highly tuned time management skills.
