Hello, I'm Daniela Melon and author and artist. Thanks for joining me for today's class on painting a watercolor seahorse will actually paint two seahorses. The first one is a warm tone one using wet on wet techniques to create a background and then brilliant colors. The second one uses subtle cool colors and elegant features. Both seahorses are made using the template, which can be downloaded and traced for use in class. This class is for intermediate watercolors using simple painting supplies.
We'll start by sketching our image onto watercolor paper. then selecting the colors to paint the seahorse. Choose either vivid and radiant, or understated and refined. I hope you enjoy this class working on loose wet on wet techniques to practice using different concentrations of paint to achieve a certain look, or using more controlled wet and dry techniques to achieve details please be sure to follow me here on tablet wise and thank you for joining me
