Welcome, I am so glad you’re getting serious about recruiting the right board members

It’s tough out there, friends. Everyone is asking everyone for something and more often than not, our message simply gets lost. This mini-training is designed to make it a bit easier on you so take a deep breath. You can do this.

A few tips before you start:

• Set aside time to watch the video or review the templates when you can concentrate. If you’re like me and always have 10 tabs open, close ‘em up for 15-20 minutes and focus
• Take notes. Using whatever system you feel comfortable with, write down what resonates with you or what questions come up. When you’ve completed the training, feel free to send me those questions
• Give yourself time. Time to both complete the training and time to implement. Pick one piece you can do first and do it. Then add slowly. You can’t fix something overnight but you can make lots of progress by taking it one step at a time
