Sales Training for Entrepreneurs is designed specifically for startups and entrepreneurs. Unlike traditional courses, this course covers the basics in such a way to address the needs of startups, because their constraints are different and unique. This module is the first in a series of workshops and seminars providing a comprehensive overview of the sales skills every entrepreneur should master in order to succeed in their business venture. We cover the fundamentals of sales cycles and strategies, identify the various skills needed to be successful in sales, as well as highlight the dynamics of the sales process. Instead of being theory-oriented, this course focuses on practical tips and street-level advice that every entrepreneur must master and includes material and knowledge that most entrepreneurs lack.
This module is a prerequisite for other modules - workshops and seminars - in this series. This is an online class in a hybrid format. This is offered every month. The lectures in the first three weeks are self-directed and include several videos and quizzes so that the entrepreneur can access the course content flexibly. The final lecture is a live online session and includes a discussion of the special case study. Upon registration, the links will be sent to the registrant which they can use to access video-based training lectures. They can work offline, at their convenience.
In addition, they will be provided with links to case study material. They will have about 3 weeks of self-study time to learn the material. During the period, support will be available through WhatsApp group access to interact with the instructor and the rest of the class. During the last week of every month, we will organize a one-hour online class to meet online and discuss the case study. After you have completed the video self-study program and worked on the case study, you can attend the next scheduled online session to complete the program.
A certificate will be issued by Experteze for those successfully completing this module.
