Welcome to bright life phobia and anxiety relief service's flagship home-study program for the rapid relief of life-limiting fears, phobias, anticipatory anxiety, and post-traumatic stress (PTSD).
If you or a loved one continues to suffer emotional distress based on painful past experiences, this breakthrough home-study product can be just what the doctor ordered. Your pain may take the form of occasional and mild emotional distress – or it could be downright debilitating in the case of severe phobias or the classic symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTSD).
If you are a therapist, coach, or mental health professional looking for a powerful set of tools to help your clients quickly and easily break free from the emotional aftereffects of painful past experiences, you’ve come to the right place. Designed from the ground up for teens and adults, this 180-minute, video-enhanced program will teach you how to quickly and easily free yourself from the psychological aftereffects of even the most painful - even traumatic – memories. All virtually painlessly, and without years of psychotherapy or drugs of any kind.
Here’s what you can look forward to learning in this potentially life-changing program:
- Module 1: The basis of fear and anxiety - This is where you’ll discover the actual structure of fear and anxiety, and how by changing the structure of your thoughts, you can free yourself from life-limiting fears, phobia, and PTSD quickly and easily.
- Lesson 1.1: The difference between fear and anxiety - This chapter introduces you to the difference between fear and anxiety - why the former is necessary, and the latter often unnecessarily holds us back from living our lives at our fullest potential.
- Lesson 1.2: The conscious and the unconscious minds - This section describes the respective functions of our conscious and subconscious minds. Each has a specialized purpose. Most of us know about our conscious minds - that's the part of us that allows us to have well a conscious experience of the world around us. It's the part of us we're thinking with right now. On the other hand, our subconscious minds pose a much greater mystery to most. Of greatest interest to us in this Program are the functions of the subconscious mind. Its "Prime Directive" is to protect us, keep us safe, alive, and functioning. Fortunately, or unfortunately - depending on how you see it - fear is the subconscious mind's most powerful tool for keeping us safe. Since it's our subconscious mind that regulates all emotion, including fear and anxiety, it makes sense then to review a little about it, so we can understand how it's possible to use that information to our benefit later on.
- Lesson 1.3: The Structure of subjective experience- There's a difference between events as we experience them (called "subjective experience") versus events as they really are. Subjective experience explains why we each often "see" the same things differently. It also explains why some of us find ourselves feeling paralyzed by fear and anxiety in some situations where others - maybe even most others - do not. The good news is that subjective experience has a structure. That structure is like a "mental recipe" which, if we know how to change it (and we do.), virtually guarantees a different result - in this case, an entirely different set of feelings about this or that personal experience. This chapter teaches the structure of subjective experience, and how, by changing your "mental recipe" for this or that memory - or for that matter, your fearful imagination of the future - it's possible to quickly change how you feel about those situations - no therapy or medications needed.
- Module 2: How to neutralize fear of the Past, Present, and Future - This module teaches you how to mentally "rewire" painful memories of the past and fearful imaginations of the future, finally setting you free from unnecessary fears that hold you back.
- Lesson 2.1: How to change your own personal history - This is where you’ll put together everything you've learned so far, and begin applying it to help yourself feel better. This chapter teaches you a powerful mental repatterning technique we call the fast phobia trauma cure. Both phobias and post-traumatic stress (PTSD) tend to be created in the same way - by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Something totally outside your experience or expectations occurs, and is so shocking to your brain, it leaves a kind of mental "imprint" on it. Thus, whatever unique sights and sounds were present at that traumatic moment tend to get linked up to that very fearful state in your neurology. A powerful connection has taken place. A common term for this is “classical conditioning”. That explains why, for example, if you had a bad experience with dogs when you were young, you still find yourself feeling particularly uncomfortable around them now - even though you're much bigger now than when you were a child, and many years have passed since the original event. This mental "imprint" on your brain has a structure - sort of like a mental snapshot in time. If we can move some of the elements of that picture around - and we're going to teach you how to do that - you'll find it virtually impossible to feel troubled or fearful of those old, outdated memories anymore. And you'll be able to accomplish this change in minutes.
- Lesson 2.2: How to neutralize anticipatory anxiety - Both post-traumatic stress (PTSD) and most single-stimulus phobias are the result of psychologically traumatic events - things that went terribly wrong in the past. Now we're ready to use some of the same tools you’ve learned so far to teach you how to neutralize specific worries you may have about what could go wrong in the future but hasn't yet. Realize the only way you could possibly know how to feel about anything that's not actually happening right now is to create a vivid imagination of it unfolding before you. Most of us have no idea that's how we're doing it, but this is literally the structure of worry (or anticipatory anxiety) - creating a vivid, sensory-rich imagination of the worst possible outcome, and doing that so well, it looks and feels real enough to your brain that it reacts with the same kinds of awful feelings you know you'd be feeling if the event really had come to pass. This section will teach you how to scramble those old, outdated imaginations once and for all, never to be troubled by them again.
- Lesson 2.3: So how do you want to be different? - It's one thing to know what we don't want anymore. Most of our time in therapy is spent talking about and generally focusing on that, right? The problem is, if that's all we think about, that's what we're likely to experience more of in our life. Fun fact: Wherever we place the focus of our mind on a regular basis, we're asking our brain to "please give us more of that". Your brain will follow your orders - it'll give you exactly what you ask for. If you know how to ask it. But every time you've allowed yourself to wallow in the mud of this or that feared event unfolding in the future, that's literally how you've been "programming" your brain to create trouble for you when you finally get there. But you can use exactly the same skill - creating a vivid, sensory-rich imagination of a particular outcome, and coupling that with the intense emotion of having achieved that outcome - and apply it purposefully and intentionally in the direction of what you do want instead. Your brain will give you exactly what you ask for - if you know the language of the brain. This chapter teaches you how.
- Module 3: How to condition yourself for confidence and success - Just as you can train your brain to free you from your painful past and future-based anxiety, it's possible to command your brain to create unstoppable confidence. This module shows you how.
- Lesson 3.1: The secret of creating the “Ultimate you” most people go through life blowing around like a leaf in the wind - hither and thither, as the wind blows, so they go. Far from calling their own shots in life, they surrender their destiny to conditions around them. This is especially true when we're talking about emotions. To many of us, it feels like our emotions - including sudden fear and anxiety - just happen "to" us. We wish we could control those feelings, to stop them from happening to stop them from limiting our lives. But we feel like slaves to our brains. and what it "does" to us. But life doesn't have to be like that. Did you know it's possible to literally "program" your brain for good feelings and for success? That's right. Rather than simply crossing your fingers and "hoping" it all works out, it's literally possible to show your brain what you want in life - and to have your brain follow your orders. This section introduces you to the power of your subconscious mind to help bring your dreams to reality. Learn how to control your brain, instead of your brain controlling you.
- Lesson 3.2: How to use the power of success conditioning - This section introduces you to the concept of behavioral conditioning. Fact is, it's behavioral conditioning that's responsible for the development not only of your fears and phobias but for all those things you've learned to love and get excited about in life as well. Behavioral conditioning is at its core is a powerful form of learning. Until now, just about all of this has occurred for you entirely outside your conscious awareness. But if you can learn to harness the power of behavioral conditioning, you can consciously choose to use it to your great benefit as well. This section teaches you a brand-new mental exercise called the Swish Pattern. It's designed to help your condition in new, far more resourceful behaviors in formerly phobic or anxiety-producing situations. The world can be your oyster. This lesson will teach you how.
- Lesson 3.3: Bringing It all together - The fact is, your life is about more than just fears, phobias and spending all your time trying to break from them. We are all much, much more than our feelings and emotional responses. True, they are an important part of what makes us human. But they needn't define us. This concluding lesson of how to free yourself from trauma, Phobias, and anxiety in 7 days or less helps you to see the bigger picture here that just because you had perhaps suffered from phobias or PTSD for years, that didn't mean there was something wrong with you; because your brain's "Prime directive" is to protect and keep you safe, it meant your brain actually works fine.
Finally, you’ll discover that problems aren't all bad. In fact, without them, we'd never be forced to grow and become everything we could be. Sure, given the choice, we'd opt to stay free of challenges like these. But now that they've been in your life - and now presumably conquered - perhaps you can come to appreciate the potentially positive role they've played, and will continue to play, in your life.
Thank you for your choice to invest in this course. We hope you find it tremendously helpful. We’re excited for you and your future
