How long it takes to become fluent in English? If a person has no choice but to use the English language, then a good level could be reached quickly, depends on the quality of the environment.

A lot of English native speakers are not able to use their native language in a proper way ( We have this problem in all countries. The USA, GB and etc.) So, learning a foreign language a student needs to remember a proverb: “If you lie down with dogs, you will get up with fleas”, i.e. you will learn the language from the company you are keeping.
