This course covers three principal themes. The first is a review of the most critical laws and regulations impacting your current practice. This review includes advertising, fair housing, and brokerage operations. Second, more advanced, transaction-related practices are needed to become a successful practitioner. And finally, it presents additional perspectives on real estate practice that can add valuable new dimensions to your future engagements in real estate practice. You must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 with no time requirement before you are redirected to take your final exam which you will pay $99 to take your exam. The exam contains 100 questions timed for 3 hours. Upon successful completion, with a grade of 75% or higher, we will send the results required to renew your license to DBPR, and you will receive your Certificate of Completion as proof. It is not necessary for you to submit your completion to DBPR.
