The “Become an Associate Coach” is Matrix's leading coach certification program involving 60 hours of training program and additional 10 hours of mentorship training for the learner. Each chapter and session in the program outline the individual ICF competency in detail with practical and real-time applications.

The primary aim of this training program is to create a holistic understanding of the coaching competencies and the importance of their implementation for coaching success. The learners also get to indulge in extra theories and exercises following the completion of each chapter for a reflective learning experience, and hands-on training. Upon the completion of the BAC training program, the learner is successfully positioned as a highly-skilled certified ICF professional coach while adhering to the highest coaching practices as crafted by Matrix and outlined by the global body of ICF.
