Retro 90s crimping knots with easy to follow steps. Gather up all of the back into one large ponytail. Now at the sides right by the temple and look at that red arrow that's grabbing some hair just behind the ear. Make one section on each side. Section the top into two parts with a middle part. Starting at the front, begin your twist.
Take a pinch of hair at the hairline and twist toward the part grabbing little bits of the hair as you go. Keep adding hair as you twist keeping your fingers close to the scalp for control or You could do to French braids here or to judge braids. Keep twisting until that section runs out of hair. then allow the twisting to not uncoil on itself. Add an elastic near the end and clip the twist down for now, if you let go, it will unravel. So clip it well.
Now, unclip that side and holding it back, you want to brush it back and put a ponytail holder you can let go for now. Do the same on the other side. The next step is very cool. Look at the blue arrow. Go back to that big giant ponytail that you first made and take a piece of it and take that piece of hair and one side and you're literally gonna tie a knot. Then do the same for the other side and pin your neck into place.
Finish the look making as many knots as you like. Now unclip the twists from the front, but don't let them unravel and not them together as well. Now crimp all the ends of the knots. Add fun clips in the color of your dress or outfit. You can add ribbons you can add flowers. Thanks for watching.
