Hello, I'm Kip Twitchell. I've decided to start making a few online courses. And I thought I'd better go back and look at my blog, which I've been recording for over a year now called conversations with Kip. As I looked at it, I noted there's a few gaps and what would need to be known in order to build up from the basics A number of years ago, I wrote a textbook, you might call it called balancing act. It's available for purchase from Amazon and it will accompany most of my courses contains topics and, and descriptions of what we're talking about in most of these videos. I thought maybe I'd go through here in this course, and record a little bit about the basic accounting process.

In other course, I'll talk about basics of computer systems and and estimating how computer systems work understanding the very basics of them. We'll go on to other topics in other courses. Let's begin by talking about the balance sheet income statement. accounting cycle
