This comes down to your motivation. If your motivation, for example is purely money, then this may come out during the interview, and how you answer the questions. So, stop and take the time to think about why you want this role. Maybe write down a few reasons on a piece of paper to help you to discover your true reasons and motivations.
As to why you want this role. You may find that you write down phrases such as I'm looking for a challenge. I enjoy working with people. I would love to work with this company. This is the next step that I'm looking for in my career, or I feel confident This is the role for me. In the resources section, see the document, why I want the role and take the time to fill this out before moving on to the next lecture.
