Health is a multidimensional issue. The technique I am presenting, Su Jok, is perfectly compatible with any other health treatment, being allopathic or natural.
The Su Jok technique was created by Prof. Park Jae Woo, from South Korea. "Su" means hand and "Jok" means foot.
One of the distinct features of the Su Jok technique is how quickly it can reduce pain and bring calmness, most of the time within minutes. Also, it is simple and creative and can be learned from children to the elderly. The basics of Su Jok have been taught to children in some schools, and an 82-year-old lady suffering from chronic heart problems avoided having a pacemaker by just working on herself with the Su Jok finger-ring.
This technique can be very useful whether you want to learn a simple technique to help yourself and your family, or as another tool if you are a holistic practitioner.
Su Jok Therapy has two levels: physical and metaphysical.
This course is an introduction to the Su Jok technique, concentrating on the standard system of correspondence in hands.
What will you learn in this course?
There will be a live group session of 1 hour for Q and A.
