Students will learn about supply base rationalization by learning exercises and how to conduct them, supplier segmentation, and the benefits that will be obtained through those and other activities. Students who are interested in this class in the SRM series are current professionals with a need or desire to understand the facets of SRM or are professionals who are looking to make a career change.

As with any class and group of classes, CPEs are available upon passing a final exam. In addition, the classes in this series will enable professionals to enhance their career skills and become more valued employees in their organization with the chance to obtain better raises and or promotions.
