This series of 10 videos first appeared on YouTube, as "Dev's Bioenergetics Challenge" in spring 2020 during the UK lockdown. I created it to support those people, cooped up at home, who wanted a real challenge to move their energy. After the lockdown, I removed the content from YouTube.
Each video contains a "theory" part and a follow-along workout. In the theory component, I explain both the psychological significance of the exercises we will be working with that week and, in precise detail, exactly how to do them. After this theory component, you simply follow along with the workout, guided by myself. Each video's workout should be completed 7 times, on separate days, before moving on to the next week's video.
It is not necessary to watch the theoretical part of the video each day you do the workout, so feel free to skip this after you've understood it, and move straight to the workout.
You should have loose clothing, 20 mins of free time each day, ideally in the morning, plus some discipline and desire to complete.
