Have you had a plan for your day and all of a sudden, it’s 5:00 pm and you’ve got nothing done? Your day has just been one interruption after another. Do you ever notice how at times, you say to yourself, “why did they come to me for that” “surely they should have known that”? Have you ever heard yourself saying, “leave it to me I’ll sort it out” or “ok, lets go and sort this out”?
In this mini-class, you will learn how to start reducing these consistent interruptions in your day. You will learn how to have your team members leave you, taking their problems and their questions with them, and to stop coming to you for everything. Reducing the number of interruptions in your day will literally gain back hours in your day. Our aim is to help you get twice as much done in your day, so you can start achieving your business and personal goals, and still have time left over to do the things you love to do.
This mini-class is number 12 in a series of 19 Time Management mini-classes. You can also access all of these classes by going to our “Ultimate Time Management Program”. You will have lifetime access to this class, enabling you to always be able to access and review the lessons as required.
My name is Peter Johnson, my clients started calling me the Time Retriever, because of the results they are achieving from my coaching. From a young age, I had reasonable time management skills, however as I moved up the business ladder, I found the skills I had were not enough. I did a traditional time management course, but It only taught me what I was already doing, it did not teach me how to actually get the tasks I had planned to do done.
As I started managing larger and larger teams (from 2 to over 200 team members) I found I had to find and develop more unique skills to keep my day under control, get things done and achieve the results my roles were required to achieve. Over these years I worked for small to large organizations and had my own businesses at different times.
When I started coaching, I found most business owners had the same struggles as I had, so I reviewed everything I had learned over the years, picked out the skills that were most important to time management, and taking back control of your day, and created the Ultimate Time Management Program.
This means I have condensed what I have learned and experienced over 35 years into a 3-part program, that you can complete within a couple of months. Through these mini-classes or through our flagship “Ultimate Time Management Program” you will be able to use all of these tried and proven skills and techniques to develop highly tuned time management skills. What will you learn in this course?
