Many actors or actresses have tattoos that will need to be covered up for the role they are playing. Or, perhaps they need a tattoo to be placed in a specific location and a specific style. Your job as a Special Effects Makeup artist job is to handle either of these situations. As well, bruises are commonplace but a fresh bruise looks different than an old one. Finally, film and television are full of action shows with guns and bullet wounds.
In this class, I will be instructing you on how to produce the following effects:
Creating Tattoos
Hiding Tattoos
Creating a Fresh Bruise
Creating an Old Bruise
Entrance Bullet Wound
Exit Bullet Wound
Scar Raised
In this course, you will learn the necessary skills to produce each of these effects. It is important to make them real and make them fast. Your production may have a lot of people that need makeup before shooting can begin. I will show you shortcuts to create these great effects.
Come join me in this portion of the Special Effects Makeup course.
You will need a properly stocked makeup kit.
