If you are experiencing emotional distress, this class is an opportunity to help you learn how to deal with your emotions, now, and even when the crisis comes to an end.
In essence, this course will help you apply emotional intelligence to any and every situation in your daily life. It focuses on how to decode the message embedded in your distressful emotions. Once you know what the message is, you will learn how to access your inner wisdom to know how best to respond, in a holistic way, in order to resolve the negative emotions. As a result, you will experience more happiness, clarity, and self-confidence. The skills and tools you learn in this class will help you in every aspect of your life, for the rest of your life.
There are 5 simple, yet powerful steps that you will learn in this course that incorporates all the elements of emotional intelligence. These steps are part of a method called the Emotional Wisdom System. When applied to a particular emotion(s), this method will move you through and beyond the emotion, and it will bring you to a place of resolution, peace, and wisdom. Applying this method will also show you the path to achieving your goals and dreams.
The 5 steps are:
In this step, you will learn how to center your mind, body, and emotions in order to create an inner state that prepares you to work with and heal your emotions.
In this step, you will learn how to name your emotions (and/or how to express your emotions if they are intense) and the power of this simple act.
In Step 3, you will learn how to claim your emotions by understanding your role in them and what need is not being met.
In Step 4, you will learn how to access your inner wisdom to draw on your own inner and outer resources in order to resolve your emotions and to know the right response and path forward.
In this step, once all the previous steps have been completed, you will learn how to release and let go of any emotional distress. You will also learn how you can cultivate your best self.
