This class is aimed at teaching students how to speak elementary content in the Chinese language. Pinyin, reading, and writing are excluded while speaking and listening are our focus.

The book used in this series is New Practical Chinese Reader I.

Topics we covered include self-introduction, meeting people, numbers and currency, buying and shopping, daily life and activities, health, preferences and hobbies, time and date, festivals and family, work and study.

There will be some revision of the previous class at the beginning of each class as well as some exercises at the end of each conversation. During learning, you will be able to know the basic grammar of Chinese sentences and language structure and will find it easy to remember by following our method and tips.
