Then this is the perfect time for you to embark upon a deeply healing and transformative personal journey with the Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System®.
At different stages throughout our lives, we get pulled towards looking inwards more deeply – to get to know ourselves from a new angle, release old patterns or energies that we may have been carrying ever since we can remember, let go of armoring which no longer serves us, tap into more of our full potential and unleash the pure gold which is the essence of our being.
This course will exactly help you do that. Over the course of 7 or 21 days (you choose the pace of the journey) and you will be guided by one of the world’s leading breathwork therapists, professional trainers, Giten Tonkov, creator of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) systematically through the different parts of your body where we hold most of our trauma memory (7 Belts of Tension). Each module focuses in detail on the techniques and practices around each Belt of Tension, with self-inquiry questions for journaling and reflection. And all from the comfort of your home.
This will help you to:
What we will do:
We will systematically work through the 7 Belts of Tension, a model of our bodies based on the teachings of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, who was one of the founding fathers of modern somatic psychotherapy. You will receive 7 home-practice BBTRS sessions, each one focussing on one belt, from top to bottom. You may repeat each module whenever you feel the need (please allow approx. 30-45 mins per module for practice).
Throughout this journey, you will receive 7 sessions to work through in the following order:
To make sure you receive the most from your journey, it is recommended that you work through these sessions in the suggested order and that you only proceed to the next module once you’ve completed the previous session.
Please watch the Welcome video for a full overview of the course and the Principles of BBTRS to familiarize yourself with the most important aspects of BBTRS for safe and effective practice. We encourage you to share your experiences with fellow breathers on this journey in our private Facebook Group where our team is also available for questions.
