Flow in golf is one of the most treasured and memorable sporting experiences the golfer will encounter. Crucially, flow is not an unattainable, ethereal, phenomenon that is the preserve of a select few. Rather, it is a state of consciousness that can be developed.
This two-session program on ‘The Theory And Practice of Flow in Golf’ is suitable for anybody who would like to use the flow state to develop their game and their enjoyment of their game while also learning more about themselves. All ability levels are catered for.
Each of the webinars will last for @55 minutes.
The learnings from this event will be unique to each individual.
