About the Class
Self-hypnosis is putting yourself into a highly focused relaxed state that amounts to a sense of calm.
In one day, you will be taught self-hypnosis techniques to help you address and change undesirable habits and unproductive thought patterns.
Jenn Drakes will be teaching this class and is Board designated in hypnotherapy. That is a collective belief in "Hypnosis as being the most excellent way of creating our own personal growth and development."
Seats are limited and will fill on a first-come-first-served basis.
Some Evidentiary Context:
According to a National Institutes of Health 2020 study self-hypnosis shows promise as an effective treatment for insomnia and other sleep problems.
Other studies and research have shown self-hypnosis as also effective for:
- Weight loss,
- Pain management,
- Boosting mindfulness and reducing stress,
- Easing feelings of anxiety,
- Increasing self-confidence,
- Quitting smoking
The course will include a 30-minute consult with Jenn, a copy of Jenn's Aladdin Carpets e-book, plus a relaxation track.
