I established JRM career solutions in July 2018 for graduates and other professionals to advance their careers.

Before becoming a resume writer and career coach I ran a coaching and counseling practice that served clients in the US, UK, and South Africa. I learned my resume writing skills from some of the best in the industry such as well-known executive resume writer, Mary Elizabeth Bradford.

I also keep up with developments in the career industry regularly. I am a certified life and executive coach with a master coach university (San Diego) and I hold a Diploma in human resource management as well as a master’s degree in clinical pastoral education (CPE).

Our resume writing and Linkedin profile process. As soon as you make payment the following process will unfold.

• Step 1: Welcome email - You will receive a welcome email that outlines all the steps you need to take to get the ball rolling.
• Step 2: Provide us with necessary documents and links - You provide me with previous resumes, testimonial letters, or any other documents that might be helpful to get to know you professionally. We also ask that you share 2-3 links to Job Ads with us that reflect the type of jobs you want to apply for. We will analyze the Ads for keywords that we will include in your resume and LinkedIn profile.
• Step 3: Complete the professional branding questionnaire - You complete the professional branding questionnaire that will give us some additional information to improve the quality of your resume.
• Step 4: Book A 30-minute professional branding conversation - During the call, we discuss the answer you shared in the questionnaire and share our analysis of the job ads with you.
• Step 5: First draft - I create the First Draft of your new resume and send it for you for review.
• Step 6: Continue the drafting and approval of the final draft - I will continue to draft and request your feedback until you approve the Final Draft.
• Step 7: Proofreading - My two proofreaders will correct any spelling, grammar, and layout errors in the final draft.
• Step 8: Delivery of final resume -  I send the final resume via email in both doc and pdf format.
• Step 9: Completion of LinkedIn - Profile I do a complete overhaul of your LinkedIn profile adding a professional background banner, editing your photo, creating a new about me summary, adding skills, and also transferring the work history information from your new resume to LinkedIn.
