The contents of this class are here to assist you with making use of your breath to maximize the capacity of your lungs in order for you to live a healthy life.
What will you learn in this course?
Here I will be teaching you tools on how to use your breath to calm your mind, body, and soul. Connect with your being as well as release anxiety, tension, and stress in order for you to move forward with a clear mind.
Breathwork is not one to take for granted. When we learn how to breathe fully, we can assist our body's healing ability, our breath, and these techniques are to be used with the utmost respect.
Please note if you are pregnant or suffering from low blood pressure and start feeling light-headed during these exercises, then please take a break before you continue.
We need to allow our lungs and being to adjust to deeper breathing. If we have not been doing so up until now, our body might need time to adjust.
For this course, we need to know some basic ground rules which I will repeat during the duration of the course and lectures too. Please note Breathwork is something we do not play with but treat with the utmost respect.
Our whole being can not survive without breathing. This is why we cherish and honor it as it feeds our mind, body, and soul. When we go about our day and forget to breathe, we end up suffocating our entire being, our vital organ system as well as the function of our brain.
When we allow ourselves to breathe fully and completely, we allow our body to expand, to relax, and to function at it's most optimum level possible. Oxygen is more precious than gold or any other recourse, and it holds the key to our health. Mental, physical as well as emotional health too. If we are naturally already quite stressed, anxious, and fatigued, please tread gently with yourself and expand into your breath slowly and easily.
If you already have some sort of meditation, yoga, or other sports practice, you might already be familiar with your breath, then listen to your body, and it's needed and doesn't overstep these boundaries.
