Welcome to the AndFit Mama Prenatal Program. I am so honored that you chose to work out with me during your pregnancy. This program offers you 3-4 workouts per trimester. For this plan, you need a pair of weights (I started the program with a set of 3 kg/6 pounds and then in the last trimester I change to 2 kg/4 pounds), an exercise mat, a stable chair, and an exercise ball.

Through this program you are going to be challenged with a number of different exercises, is very important that you listen to your body. If at any point you feel overheated, dizzy, tired, or dehydrated you want to stop taking a break and do it again.
