All right, so welcome back. And now we're going to be looking at Neptune through all the signs. Now Neptune takes approximately 164 years to make a complete cycle of the chart and it spends about approximately 1314 years in a sign. So this means that it has a generational and historical significance and really indicates cultural expression. And people share a common spiritual destiny from each time frame that Neptune goes through a sign, just to say, remind you about filling in your cheat. And also to say that I might not have said the pages for Saturn and Uranus.
So for Saturn, it would be page 92 For Uranus it was page 98 on putting this book here that I recommended to you and for Neptune is going to be on page 100. I'm going to be giving you some extra information, some extra tidbits about Neptune through the science now because it takes quite a long time to go through the signs. I'm going to be starting with cancer when it was in cancer in 1981. So over 100 years ago and just to say that Neptune through the signs is about transcendence, it's about spirituality, and it shows how you get out. You know to fulfill Are you set out to fulfill your dreams and and how you are open your perceptions to other realities and your capacity for self deception. And how you seek to escape from what disenchant you most most and, and I know because of where my Neptune is that I'm pretty idealistic.
And so knowing actually, how you react to Neptune in your chart actually helps you because if it does trick you up, and then you can backtrack, think about it before you go and do anything because Neptune is all about illusion, delusion, glamour. Well, things that are not tangible. I mean, if you look in the sea, you actually can't see to the bottom and that's very much how Neptune works in your chart. So looking at it in cancer and it was in cancer, from 1900 and 102 to 1940 tene 16 and so that, at that time gives a need for emotional security and strong attachment, intense anxiety as well, and psychic ties to home and family and the earth. And it's a very psychic Emilia mystic position to have it because obviously Neptune is all about spirituality, and it's in a water sign, but there's probably nobody alive at the moment with Neptune in the sign of cancer.
So then we look at Neptune in Leo. So that was 19 1416 at the end of when it came out of cancer to 1928 29. And at that time, there was a need for love, creativity and dramatic self expression and inflate, it really inflated the desire for glamour, pleasure, power, but also it was about self delusion and then was involved in the theater and performing arts and excessive pride and vanity. And if you think about it, the roaring 20s was very glamorous, you know, so you can see how that Neptune fits in because it was giving I mean, it was after the First World War, and they wanted the glamour, they wanted something new and refreshing. So they had this, you know, roaring 20s and they and the glamour and the gowns and all their art that was going on at that time. So then we look at Neptune in the sign of virgo, which was 19 2829 To 1940 to 4043.
And this actually bought mental stimulation, it actually inflated the desire for order. But it also bought mental confusion. Because remember, Virgo is to do with with communication. And so it did bring anxiety and mental confusion into the mix. And these people grew up in the Great Depression. And there was chaos reemployment, and Virgo has very much to do about work and employment with you know, so it's ruled by Virgo.
And there might have been quite a lot of psychosomatic illnesses, because people had come back from the war and they weren't. They probably shell shocked. And but they didn't look after the people then. And they should have done really so. That's Neptune in in Virgo, and I will be back in a minute with the next three signs
