Can you get a lot done? Really? How much can you get done in a day? No. If you look at my inbox, it's pretty, pretty messy. Pretty crazy.

Now. It's a mess because I opened something I'm not sure how to get a day. So I'm gonna move on to the next one. Okay, so I spent a few minutes maybe going back to the first one, No, I haven't called by two. And the time has disappeared. However, in a couple of weeks time, I'm going to be going back to see my wife and kids in in Malaysia.

And I know on that day, I'm going to have a huge inbox, I'm gonna have massive magic tasks. And only just going to guy, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, I'm going to get them all done because I do not want to miss that flight to get home to see my wife and kids. Yeah. And days like that, or you're very focused on getting the results that you need to get done. At the end of the day, you become incredibly efficient now. I think that's pretty much true for all of us that when we want to go on holiday, we clear stuff out.

A lot of the time, one of the problems is that occurs entrepreneurs, we think, ah, okay, being part of an entrepreneur is coming into the office on Saturday like I am now, that is part of a thing that you've got to do. So time expands and then we fill the work expands to fill the time available. So one of the best things that you can do as an entrepreneur is say, right, okay, I have X amount of time, I have 30 minutes in the morning to do all the emails that I'm going to answer in the day by the rest of the day. I'm not gonna look at them. You got 30 minutes to clear out average 200 250 emails, right? You triage.

I'm not going to read only realize they're just going to get ignored. Those ones don't need answers, but I've absorbed them. These ones, I'll talk to the people and these ones. I'll give it to A three word answer by, and you can clear out your inbox very, very quickly. And it's setting boundaries about what is going to be acceptable. So when you set boundaries and say, the trying to get my hands right here, God, I can't do it can't get in parallel.

What when you set really good boundaries about what is important for you. And so you constrain yourself so you don't have enough time. It forces you to be a lot more frugal with your time and your effort. And we're very good as entrepreneurs, being frugal with our money. I mean, the number of free pieces of software I've used over the years, it's really, really much Google and everybody else is provided. But not nearly so frugal with my time.

How can I spend 10 minutes less doing that? How can I make that faster? How could we put less mental effort into it? How can I stop worrying? about these things, these are all ways of becoming more efficient. And it's not just about the money it's working at, how do you get more done for less.

And you as an entrepreneur, you're a limited resource, you are far more limited than I think your money is. Now, because more I've seen more entrepreneurs burn out and give up. And I've seen the entrepreneurs run out to the money. Yeah, it's losing the worker. So when you become more efficient at what you do, and you'll get more done faster, then you've got more of you to be giving in the places where it really matters.
