The program is broken down into 2 sections: Training and Nutrition.
To get the best results, it is essential you follow both sides equally.
Get Started with the Nutrition Section to set your diet up right from Week 1 to get the best results and hit the ground running.
Once you have watched and read through the information in the Nutrition section and planned your diet you can then get started on the training part course.
Make sure you do a Start Weigh-in and a Start Selfie (Front and Back) to get a starting point for your journey.
