Welcome to Spartan Boxing Fitness Online

Thank you for signing up for the Spartan Boxing Online Training Camp.

  • The program is broken down into 2 sections: Training and Nutrition.
  • To get the best results, it is essential you follow both sides equally.
  • Get Started with the Nutrition Section to set your diet up right from Week 1 to get the best results and hit the ground running.
  • Once you have watched and read through the information in the Nutrition section and planned your diet you can then get started on the training part course.
  • Make sure you do a Start Weigh-in and a Start Selfie (Front and Back) to get a starting point for your journey.
  • All is explained in the below sections.
