If you can't communicate effectively, then you won't be able to delegate properly. So in this course, I'm going to be sharing with you several tools and techniques to help you improve your communication. At the end of this course, you should be able to clarify expectations and minimize understandings. Improving conversation exchange, by understanding open ended and closed ended questions, increased understanding and precision through paraphrasing and learning to de escalate tense situations by using empathic responses.
