This is probably the simplest weight loss course you'll ever take because it covers the absolute fundamentals of losing weight and maintaining fat loss over time. It is not incredibly filled with minutia like I can honestly tend to get into. It is not terribly scientific. I'm not going to do a bunch of quotes from studies and references.
Although I may throw in one here and there, it really is just a simple course broke down into 14 components that you can utilize one at a time as you see fit, review it or watch the whole course over a course of a few hours and really understand what it takes to lose fat and keep that fat off. It's about as simple as it gets. It's not very difficult to undertake And so with that being said, I'm going to share my screen so you can watch some slides. This whole presentation is done on slides. So you'll hear me talking watching the screen, there are notes associated with it in a PDF format as attached to the file. So you can download those, print those out, and then follow along writing your own notes.
If I make comments or something, it follows the flow of the entire 14 presentations. So don't hesitate to utilize those as a reference or resource and write down anything you feel may be interesting or more applicable to you than what's just on the slides.
