So your ovens preheated at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, how the rack out in my oven enough so that I can access the cheesecake I have it sitting in there and then you want to take your hot water. I recommend a pan that has a little lip on it if you have that and we're just going to pour that water right in try really hard not to get it into your cheesecake. I know sometimes it happens but we definitely don't want that. And then just push that right into the oven and it's ready to go.
